Musaada is an online discounting platform that connects Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with funder, to sell their invoice(s) and finance their receivables ahead of time. 

Musaada offers a quick, safe and secured investment opportunity. Funders can buy invoices from companies that provided services to the government sector. Funders can earn an average of 5-20% from the original price of the invoice. 
 
Musaada deducts an average of 2% as a collection and processing fee from the Funder and Seller.

A financial transaction in which a business sells its accounts receivable (i.e. invoice) to a third party (i.e. funder) at a discount to boost their cash flow and sustain the business.

After invoice verification, Musaada posts the invoice up for auction. Musaada gives the floor price for the invoice and Funders can bid for the invoice. The Funder with the highest bidding price after the closing date will be given the invoice.

Musaada verifies an invoice by requesting the Seller to provide proof of service from their Client. Then, Musaada verifies the invoice by inquiring to the Client the authenticity of the invoice.

The bidding stage for an invoice will last a minimum of 2 weeks or depending on the discretion of the Seller. After the bidding period, the winner will be notified via email/mobile to confirm the acquisition of the invoice.

  1. Here are the following requirements to register as a funder: 

 

  1. You must have a Qatar ID 

  1. Have a good credit standing – bank details 

  1. Bank statement for the last 6 months

Every user has an electronic wallet or e-wallet to load up to purchase an invoice.

  1. The invoice’s discount is determined by several factors: 

  1. A.Invoice maturity date 
    The period when the client of the Seller will pay for the invoice - The longer the period of the invoice’s maturity date, the higher the discount of the invoice. The shorter the period, the less discount will be deducted from the invoice. 
     

  1. B.Risk and default rate 
    The credit rating of the seller and client will also be a factor in the discount rate to be deducted from the invoice.

You can fund your e-wallet by buying credits using your debit or credit card. The credit purchased will automatically be added to your e-wallet.

After the invoice maturity date, your profit will be credited to your account.

Musaada deposits the profit to the Funder’s bank account.

Before posting the invoice to the website, the Seller is bound by their contract to transfer the collection of the invoice to Musaada.

Registration is completely free. 

Once you have submitted the required documents, the approval process will take about 3-5 working days.

The user requires to buy a credit to load up their e-wallet.

  1. Here are the following requirements to register as a Seller: 
     

  1. The company must be a Category C company – providing goods or services to government entities 

  1. Your company must have an above-average credit standing. 

  1. Banking details for the last 6 month

Musaada accepts invoices from Category C companies or companies that provide goods or services to the government sector. Musaada only accepts invoices that are not more than one-year-old.

The Seller is required to upload the invoice and provide details. Musaada uses the details for the verification of the invoice and will also be available for Funders once the invoice is posted in the auction. 
 
The information and materials contained on this site are confidential, and all authorized persons accessing the material have an obligation of confidentiality.

The minimum acceptable amount for an invoice is QR 10,000.

The average discount rate of an invoice is 5-20%.


Musaada deducts an average of 2% as a collection and processing fee from the Funder and Seller. 

You can either extend the bidding period for your invoice or pull-out the invoice.
